The toolkit

One approach, a growing set of tools

Each tool applies the same narrative-substitution logic to a different clinical task, shaped to the therapeutic framework you choose. Access is invite-only for practicing clinicians.

Therapeutic Metaphors

Live · invite-only

The flagship tool. Describe a client’s pattern in a few de-identified fields plus your own clinical impressions, choose a framework, and receive a set of short metaphor premises — candidate images you can skim in seconds. Expand the ones that fit into full, session-ready metaphors built on the six-beat anatomy, each ending in a portable handle. Refine in place: edit inline, ask for gentler or shorter versions, or recast the same image in a different framework. Save keepers to a shared library, tagged by clinical category — never by client.

Thought Experiments

In development

Devises relevant, targeted thought experiments for therapist and client to work through as a component of treatment — a second form of alternative storytelling, persuading through imagined scenarios rather than argument. Same input flow, same framework registers, same shared library.

Case Consultation

Planned

A structured, adjustable interview about a de-identified case that ends in candidate treatment strategies with rationales, shaped by your preferred psychological model — a supervision-style brainstorm, with your judgment as the last word.

Getting access

The tools are currently in a closed pilot with a small group of practicing clinicians. If you’re a licensed therapist interested in joining as the circle widens, an invitation from a current member is the way in.
